About HOMZ
HOMZ is the housewares name of a company founded in 1952: plastic storage for the closet, the garage, the space under the bed and the boxes you open once a year.
What is in the catalog
Our catalog is storage you can see into or stack. The clear bins come in two lines, Secure Latch with two latching handles and Snaplock with a lid that presses on, from 6 quarts to 112. Durabilt is the heavy-duty tote for the garage, from 15 to 34 gallons. Drawer carts and towers hold the small things that never fit a bin, and the rope-handle tubs carry garden supplies from the garage to the yard.
Two smaller shelves round it out: underbed bins that are about 6 inches tall, and holiday storage with red lids, a wreath box and a light organizer. A few laundry helpers, from ironing board covers to clothespins, come from the same shelves of the house.
Who it is for
Anyone who has opened a closet and could not find the thing on top of the pile. A clear wall shows you the scarves before you lift the lid, and latching handles keep each lid down while the bins sit in a stack. If you move often, the same bins go from one closet to the next without new shopping.
How the lines differ
Pick a line by how often you open it. Bins you open every week are easier with a Snaplock lid. Bins you carry, stack or put in a car are steadier with Secure Latch. Totes that live in a garage, a shed or a basement, where they get bumped and dragged, belong to Durabilt.
Then pick a size by the space. Every product page prints the capacity in quarts and gallons and, where the brand gives it, the outside size in inches, so you can hold a tape measure against the shelf before you order.
74 years on the market
The company behind HOMZ was founded in 1952. Today the name stands on clear bins, totes and carts sold across the country. We keep this catalog so you can compare all of them in one place, with the price from our last update and a button that takes you to checkout with our retail partner.
